To truly appreciate how great the killer is in this, all one needs to do is compare him to the needlessly goofy designed mutant in 2004’s similarly themed Creep.

Gary Sherman is a terrible writer and director, and Dead Line (aka Raw Meat) is an awful movie thay gets far more credit than it is due. It’s an interminable bore.
